Normal process temperature is between 90°C-105°C; adjust roller pressure and temperature based on paper type, ink, and machinery specifics to ensure optimal results.
For first-time use or new applications, test with a small batch to perfect your lamination process before scaling up.
Ensure ink is completely dry prior to laminating. Excess moisture and powder can lead to delamination, so precision in preparation is key.
Store materials in a cool, dry environment to maintain quality and performance.
